Cancellation Policy
Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service; cancellations, rescheduling, and no shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment cost.
All clients must arrive on time for scheduled appointments. Clients that arrive 10 min late or later may be refused service and asked to reschedule.
